We don’t just PRAY, we PLAY. That’s one thing I learned about doing ministry – to enjoy the work and have fun sometime. Thankful to God for the privilege to work with amazingly passionate and hardworking people who value a “BALANCED LIFE”.
I was hoping to go to different places, preferably out of the North. I wanted to see different tourist spots. But then I realized the beauty that we have in the North that can offer the same nature and beauty that other tourist destinations also have. We have the Boracay of the North- Pagudpud’s Hannah’s Beach Resort. We also spent our New Year with hubby at Vigan,such an amazing place.Just last week we went with the team at Cagayan’s pride-Portabaga Falls Park and Resort.
Portabaga have towering trees, it has tranquil refuge of green vegetation that provides a peaceful environment for those who longs for a real time rest. I honestly didn’t find an advertisement of the place on the net, so I didn’t expect too much. Yet their rooms offer the same amenities that any hotels have. It’s a must place to visit every summer . Aside from the fact that they offer affordable accommodation, the nature itself will make you appreciate the beauty of God’s creation.
When you’ll decide to stay overnight you have plenty of rooms to choose from. If you’ll check in, you can enjoy unlimited use of the swimming pool. Wasn’t able to take a picture of the Standard room, it’s nice.

All rooms are fully airconditioned, with Cabled TV, cold and hot shower with toiletries. They have available cottages, function hall, cafeteria and Zipline! If you plan to get exclusively the whole Resort for 1 day (for team building with large number of people), it’s P40k. All rooms in all can cater 80-90 people.
